We’ve all had that moment at some point in our lives. Your body is a reflection of how you feel about yourself – so “dress the part”! Add exercise to your life, dress how you want people to see you, have good personal hygiene, eat healthier, see a doctor for what ails you, amongst other things. You must be both physically and mentally strong for the transformation to work. You may find that when your body is stronger you will feel better which in turn will strengthen your mind.

Last but not least is take care of your soul. Your soul can define who you are, and will be where you pull strength from in your moments of weakness. To start building up your soul try doing things for yourself like taking a class or learning a skill, go to church, take up a hobby, read a book, smile at strangers, make new friends.  These types of things enhance our self-worth and make us feel stronger inside.
